Brief description

The planning and implementation of the apartment project “Möckernkiez” with 16 buildings and 400 apartments located in Berlin’s innercity, created uncertainties to the client on how to face the upcoming challenges.

In order to secure the project from a logistics standpoint, different types of studies like an evaluation of the traffic and a time based forecast of the materials’ flow distribution were carried out.

Based on the analysis outcomes, construction stages were defined as well as storage / unloading areas and cranes.

In the logistics handbook, the tender conditions were listed and summarized.
