Brief description

Developing a business model for the management of containers for 11 Fiat Auto S.p.A plants for vehicle and components：

  • Planning the replacement of one way against returnable containers
  • Reducing the amount of containers required for the supply chain to a minimum
  • Implementation of service centers for container buffering, cleaning and maintenance
  • Planning a central constitution organisation
  • Integration of a billing and controlling system
  • Developing a compensation model for the container use (Plants, Suppliers)
